Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ANGEL DRESS HIRE

RETURNS

  • All hired dresses must be returned by the agreed return date and time.

  • Dresses must be returned in the same condition they were received, allowing for normal wear.

  • Dresses returned late will incur a $10 late fee per day.

  • Failure to return a dress may result in the client being charged the full replacement value.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Dresses must not be washed, altered, or repaired by the client.

  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear (including permanent stains, rips, tears, burns, or missing parts) may result in:

    • Forfeiture of the deposit, and/or

    • Additional charges for repair or replacement.

REFUNDS

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect sizing or fit

    • Event cancellation or postponement

    • Failure to collect or wear the dress

    • Late delivery due to courier delays once dispatched

  • Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.

SHIPPING & RETURNS BY POST

  • Clients are responsible for returning dresses by the agreed date when using postage.

  • Delays caused by postal services do not exempt clients from late fees.

  • Angel Dress Hire is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

  • If a dress is returned damaged beyond repair, or not returned at all, the client will be charged the full retail value of the dress.

  • Any outstanding costs must be paid within the timeframe specified by Angel Dress Hire.
