Angel Dress Hire offers postage as a delivery option. Shipping must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking.
SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are paid by the client and will be advised during booking.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Dresses will be dispatched in time for the agreed hire period.

Once the dress has been shipped, Angel Dress Hire is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend booking early to allow for any unforeseen delays.
DELIVERY DETAILS

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Angel Dress Hire is not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.
RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

Once the dress has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the client.

Any loss, theft, or damage occurring during shipping to or from the client will be the client’s responsibility.
RETURNS VIA POSTAGE

Return shipping instructions will be provided with your order.

Dresses must be posted back on or before the agreed return date.

Late returns due to delayed posting may still incur late fees.
FAILURE TO RETURN

If a dress is not returned or is lost in transit, the client will be charged the full replacement value of the dress.
