SHIPPING POLICY – ANGEL DRESS HIRE

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Angel Dress Hire offers postage as a delivery option. Shipping must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are paid by the client and will be advised during booking.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

  • Dresses will be dispatched in time for the agreed hire period.

  • Once the dress has been shipped, Angel Dress Hire is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We recommend booking early to allow for any unforeseen delays.

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Angel Dress Hire is not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once the dress has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the client.

  • Any loss, theft, or damage occurring during shipping to or from the client will be the client’s responsibility.

RETURNS VIA POSTAGE

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided with your order.

  • Dresses must be posted back on or before the agreed return date.

  • Late returns due to delayed posting may still incur late fees.

FAILURE TO RETURN

  • If a dress is not returned or is lost in transit, the client will be charged the full replacement value of the dress.
