TERMS & CONDITIONS – ANGEL DRESS HIRE

By booking and hiring a dress from Angel Dress Hire, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made via our Instagram account.

A booking is not confirmed until a confirmation message has been sent and the required deposit has been paid.

Once confirmed, the dress will be unavailable to other clients for the selected hire period.

DEPOSIT

A $30 deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

The deposit will be returned once the dress is returned on time and in acceptable condition.

The deposit will be retained if the dress is returned heavily stained, damaged, or requires excessive cleaning.

HIRE PERIOD

Standard hire period is 3 days (normally Friday–Sunday unless otherwise agreed).

Dresses must be returned by the agreed return time on the final day.

Late returns will incur a $10 late fee per day.

CLEANING

Please do not wash or attempt to clean the dress yourself.

Professional cleaning is included in the hire price.

Any damage caused by incorrect washing will be the responsibility of the client.

DAMAGE & LOSS

The client is fully responsible for the dress during the hire period.

If the dress is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear (including rips, tears, burns, permanent stains, or missing items), the client may be required to:

Forfeit their deposit, and/or

Pay repair costs, or

Pay the full replacement value of the dress if deemed irreparable.

Loss or theft of the dress will result in the client being charged the full retail value.

FIT & CONDITION

The client is responsible for ensuring the dress fits prior to the hire date.

Minor signs of wear may be present due to previous hires and are considered normal.

No refunds will be provided for fit issues, change of mind, or event cancellation.

PICKUP & POSTAGE

Pickup or postage must be arranged at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

Angel Dress Hire is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will result in the loss of deposit.

No refunds will be issued once the hire period has commenced.
